What is a Camp Mirage membership?
Consider purchasing our optional membership for $85 per family. This membership not only gives you an 8% discount on morning camps but also locks in an After-Camp rate of $9.00 per hour, saving you from the standard $10.00 per hour rate.
What is the day camp schedule?
All camps run from 9 AM to noon. You can add as much before or after-camp care as you want at an hourly rate! Drop-off is as early as 7:30 AM, and pick up as late as 5:30 PM.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Full refunds (less $10 processing fee per camp) are available through April 1st. A 50% refund (less the $10 processing fee) is available through May 15th. No refunds after May 15th. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
What happens if not enough kids register for a camp?
Minimum enrollment is required for specific camps. Programs are subject to change or cancel due to insufficient registration. Full refunds will be provided under these circumstances.
Do you pro-rate registration fees?
We will not pro-rate fees for campers arriving after the start of the session or leaving before its completion.
Can I change my registration?
Please note that there is a $10 fee to change an existing registration. If the camp is sold out, we must find a replacement before making the changes. Also, no changes may be made within two weeks of the camp’s start date to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for all campers.
Is the Canteen cash refundable?
Canteen cash is non-refundable and can’t be applied to camp tuition or after-camp charges.
Are you a Licensed facility?
Yes. The State of Michigan licenses our location.
